For the dark roast lovers out there we have created a dark, full bodied roast that highlights the true "Dark Arts" of coffee roasting. We proudly use this roast as our espresso blend. There is a fine line between a beautiful, well balanced dark roast and the burnt bitter flavors that come from over roasting. Our Embrace the Dark Side blend is a complex coffee with clean but earthy flavors highlighted by hints of cocoa.
